06.29.10 – PROOF! No. 3 Hits the Streets
The latest issue of Johnston Printing’s award-winning biannual art magazine took an unexpected turn with a look at tattooist Kristi Kilbourne, former Best Tattooed Female in America and owner of Lady Luck Tattoo in Spokane Valley.
Developed, designed, and written by Anderson Mraz Design, PROOF! focuses on a single artist in each issue; the first, published in spring 2009, featured photographer Leonid Bergoltsev; the second told the story of iconographer and Benedictine monk Brother Claude Lane.
In addition to serving as a vehicle for supporting the region’s visual arts community, PROOF! enables Johnston to demonstrate its printing and fulfillment capabilities to a wide-ranging audience.
