When market forces led to the need for rebranding Techline Studio, a quirky idea for a new brand name jumped right off the page and into our hearts: OfficeEnvy. The name truly represents what you get: a beautiful office others will want for themselves. The new OfficeEnvy logo – a pair of eyes giving a sidelong glance – captures that emotion in a playful way, making the brand friendly, honest, and approachable.
09.27.04 – AMD to "Lead the Way"
Integrus Architects and the Spokane Public Facilities District have selected AMD to create the wayfinding system for both the new Spokane Convention Center Expansion and existing convention facilities. The project includes interior, exterior, and on-campus signage. "It’s an exciting project," said John Mraz, principal of AMD. "For many new visitors, this wayfinding system will be the first time the City of Spokane ‘speaks’ to them. We feel honored to have the chance to show them around."
08.25.04 – AMD Creates 64-pg Catalog for GU School of Law
After using a New York firm for several years, Gonzaga University chose AMD to redesign and refocus their 2005-2006 Viewbook for the School of Law. "We needed to update our image and promote a deeper, more strategic connection to the core values of the school. This year’s book is our best ever," said Sheila Stillian, Assistant Director of Admissions. AMD designed, wrote/edited, and coordinated photography for the viewbook, cover to cover.
06.27.04 – AMD Completes Avista Corp’s 2003 Annual Report
AMD recently completed Avista Corp’s 2003 Annual Report – our twelfth for Avista. Themed Energy at Work, it features enthusiastic employees who put their energy to work to improve customers’ lives. Graphics and photography from the annual report are on display throughout Avista’s headquarters lobby, sharing Energy at Work stories with employees and visitors.

On March 5, 2004, the Spokane Advertising Federation awarded Best of Show to AMD for client Lone Canary Winery at this year’s ADDY Awards. Including the award mentioned above, AMD won a total of 5 Gold and 11 Silver ADDYs for clients Cap’n Juicy’s, Entrada, Itron, Spa Paradiso, and the Spokane Area Chamber of Commerce. "We’re honored," said CK Anderson, "though it’s our clients who challenge us to do our best – so they deserve much of the credit."

AMD has donated their time to develop an identity for the Michael P. Anderson Memorial Statue Fund. A fundraising campaign is underway to create a memorial statue of Lt. Col. Anderson to inspire local children to fulfill their dreams. The symbol for the statue fund not only represents Michael’s lifelong dream to fly in space, but also depicts his star as one of seven, as a reminder of all fellow crew members on board the shuttle Columbia who made the ultimate sacrifice for mankind.

Craven’s Coffee has teamed with AMD to design new packaging for their organic coffee line. The organic category is Craven’s fastest-growing sector. Previous re-branding of their signature varietals contributed to a 40 percent increase in sales. AMD has been providing marketing and branding support to Craven’s Coffee Company since 1999.
