AMD is pleased to be collaborating with Techline USA, a manufacturer of architectural casework and office furniture located in Waunakee, Wisconsin. They have over fifty dealers located throughout the U.S. distributing their products. AMD was chosen to reposition Techline’s brand through the development of a refreshed identity, positioning statement, corporate literature and collateral system, and website.

AMD assisted Itron with a comprehensive campaign to share their vision of the electric, gas, and water industries. DVD and CD formats were developed containing dynamic visuals and compelling text, featuring film footage, animation, and sound design. Custom packaging and labeling was created and sent to senior-level utility executives throughout the U.S.
07.31.03 – AMD Helps Develop Winery Name and Identity
Spokane-based Lone Canary Winery features wines created from distinctive Washington State fruit. Their initial 2002 vintage release will include two European-style red blends and a Sauvignon Blanc. The winery is named after Washington’s state bird, the American Goldfinch, or Wild Canary. AMD provided naming and brand identity development, as well as label design.

AMD is excited to announce that they are once again teaming up with Avista Corp. to provide design services for Avista’s 2003 Annual Report. AMD previously designed and managed the report for an eleven-year period from 1988 through 1998.

Principal CK Anderson attended the Design Management Institute’s (DMI) 15th International Corporate Identity/Brand Conference in Vancouver, B.C. The conference reviewed how to harness the collective knowledge and skills of two valuable groups – design and marketing – to achieve greater success. DMI is the foremost international authority on design management, raising awareness of design to a more essential part of a business strategy.

Working with Itron’s internal marketing team, AMD recently completed a refresh of Itron’s product demonstration room. The 650-sq.-ft. showroom showcases Itron’s hardware and software solutions for the energy, gas, and water industries. AMD provided experiential brand design and development in the following areas: content and story development, key messaging and sequencing, overall presentation of materials, and fabrication and installation oversight.

The 2002 Bloomsday poster, designed by AMD and illustrated by Ken Spiering, is recognized as one of the "very best" in the 2003 Runner’s World annual race poster contest. This is the sixth time an AMD/Spiering poster has been chosen: the 1993, 1994, 1995, 2000, and 2001 posters also received the "very best" distinction.
